Refund policy

Please do not return purchases without first requesting a return.

Sale items will not be considered for a refund. 

Custom or personalized candles are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Please contact us if you have specific questions or concerns about your specific item.
By completing your order, you are providing Lucky Penny Candles with your approval, you acknowledged you have looked the proof over and everything is correct and if an error should be found later you will not hold me responsible.
If an error has been found on your candle and it is different from your approved proof Lucky Penny Candles will take full responsibility for the error and either issue you a refund or replace your item.
Refunds/Exchanges are offered on any eligible unused non-personalized product and can only be performed within 14 days from the delivery date with proof of purchase. Please email us at beforehand, as we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.
We don't refund the cost of shipping, nor do we cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds can only be issued in the original form of payment or store credit. 
To initiate a return, you must make the request by contacting us at within 14 days from the date of original purchase.
