Are the Lucky Penny Candles eco-friendly?

Yes, the Lucky Penny Candles are eco-friendly! We are committed to reducing our own environmental footprint, using resources responsibly, and reducing waste.

We use a soy blend candle wax, clean fragrances free from potentially hazardous chemicals, and wicks that are made of 100% natural cotton wicks free of lead and zinc. Each candle are made and labeled by hand in the USA.

Are there any personalized message limitations?

Yes, the Lucky Penny Candles provides an opportunity to the customers to add a custom message of up to 21 characters on the candle's label.

The company management follows certain protocols, including the right to cancel the order without any prior warning that includes derogatory messages including but not limited to racism, sexism, and bigotry.

Also, the personalized messages are printed exactly as they were submitted by the customer. The responsibility to avoid misspelled words, typo errors and other inaccuracies rely solely on the part of the customer.

By signing up for our e-mail list, you will receive exclusive offers and the latest news about the new products, along with new customization and personalization options. This service is free of cost, and you can unsubscribe it at any time.

Can I recommend a fragrance or new options to be added?

Yes, the company is determined to fulfill the customer's demands and would do best to add the desired fragrance to the options available for the customization in the candle gift section. The company considers your opinions worthy and always welcomes them to be included in the collection, so feel free to contact us through the online contact form.

Exchange, Damage, and Refunds

Can I return a personalized item for a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer full returns on personalized products as the product is exclusively made for you. Also, the company is unable to resell or take personalization off of products.

In case you have made an error while ordering the product, please contact customer service and make sure to include the "order personalization issue" in the subject line. Also, make sure to mention the order number and the correction it is submitted for. We will let you know if there are any changes that can be made if the order has not been shipped.

Processing and Shipping

When will my order ship?

Ground shipping is our default shipping method, which usually takes between 2 and 9 days to receive a retail ground package, but USPS sometimes takes up to 14 postal business days to deliver items sent with this method. Please be aware that travel times have been longer or late due to demand increases and COVID-19-related issues.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or any other nationally observed holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders under $100, we offer UPS and USPS Parcel Select Ground for $9.99

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are not offering international shipments. 

My order was damaged in transit - what can we do?

Contact us immediately, and we will provide you with instructions on what to do with your item(s).

What if my package is lost?

Lucky Penny Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages as it is the responsibility of the courier services, but the company provides complete assistance to recover the packages. The first recommendation is to contact the local post office and leave a note explaining what happened. If they are not able to assist, contact us and we would file a claim and work with you to have a replacement sent out if your package is lost by the courier service.
