Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Currently, Lucky Penny Candles ship in the US only. Ground shipping will be calculated at checkout. The shipping cost will vary based on your zip code and starts as low as $8.50. 

 

Ground shipping is our default shipping method, which usually takes between 2 and 9 days to receive a retail ground package, but UPS and USPS sometimes takes up to 14 postal business days to deliver items sent with this method. Please be aware that travel times have been longer or late due to demand increases and COVID-19-related issues.

Please allow up to one business day for order processing.

 

IMPORTANT COVID-19 GUIDELINE:

Due to Covid-19 there may be delays outside of our control. From time to time, we will conduct audits and sanitization in our warehouse to ensure safety for our fulfillment team. These activities may delay fulfillment by 1-2 business days. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
